  1. The low wages and salaries for workers in Guyana is not supporting the minister or government claims that they is a growing middle class. Can you become a middle class when the minimum wage is 60,000 Guyana dollars ($300US) per month. I don’t think so. But the rich is getting richer in Guyana and the poor is getting poorer. Guyana has 2 class of people, rich people and poor people.
