Guyana developing? What about the farmers? The government is not helping them to find export for their product. In the next 50 years, Guyanese will be importing rice. No more rice production. The rice millers are exploiting the rice farmers. Investigate the Essequibo Coast and see firsthand how one big rice miller is exploiting the rice farmer and nothing is done about because the minister of agriculture says the rice miller is a private entity. SMH.

These nice houses will go to the people involved with the oil industry. Like Angola, Gabon etc most of the people will not benefit from it if corruption is not put under control
They need to work on proper sewage I hear all of Guyana doesn’t have proper clean running tap water and the sewage system is all out terrible if the country floods every time it rains the country is a rain forest they need a wastewater treatment infrastructure.
