  1. The East Bank Demerara road still looks like a nightmare. Doesn't seem much changed from the late 1960s to 1970s and the government doesn't seem to really care about improving it while they seem busy building four lane highways in other parts of the country for whatever reasons.

  2. Guyana has really nice people. Infact most guyanese people are nice, ( half of my heritage is Guyanese ), but the problem with Guyana, is its profile & image is extremely poor. In comparison to it's caribbean neighbours. Despite vast amounts of land, ( which the greedy venezuelan bullies, want to teef ), and potential, the country still progresses at a slower than snail's pace. Infact, I fear that Guyana will never be fully be completed to modern up-to date standards, like other countries, and regardless of decade and generation, will constantly look like one big building site country. I've been to Guyana twice, and look forward to going again, but i personally still see the country as a 1960's nation unfortunately. Sorry, that's just my honest opinion. ( 🇬🇾 🇬🇭 ).

  3. É incrivel a quantidade de areia que o vento, fortíssimo aí traz para o lado da pista .No mais,um belo passeio, muito obrigado .Mas continuo estranhando a direção do lado direito…😅😅

  4. Your arms must hurt from all that work. I notice some of the commentors thought of the most negative things to say; whatever happened to …"Thank God" the road is better than it was. I say, be grateful for what we have, try to find the positive in the things we have to live with.

  5. Alicia, last video it was ride the donkey, this one is Bollywood music.. nice😮. Would be nice to note the village name you are passing so we know. Some commentary would be useful or the ride gets boring. Guyana potential is endless. Look at then and now and you will see the difference. As long as the government is developing the country to benefit the nation, I didn’t say Guyanese, and not the politicians, you guys will be ok. 👍 if you don’t believe you are way better off, count how many donkey carts you pass while driving. And no, I don’t mean the donkeys driving the cars😂 saw you pan around to show the garden of eden power plant.. probably about 60 years old

  6. Whoever built "heroes highway" should be ARRESTED for gross negligence AND criminal fraud because that trash cost 100 MILLION plus USD! Guyana is a total mess!
