Import cover irrelevant. As imports are inflated due to imports for oil sector.
You should read the sovereign wealth fund document. Guyana has immediate developmental needs it not disappointing it's strategic. The fund after 2025 withdrawals will only be restricted to 3% as outlined by the law.
