I know for sure that when Guyana attempt to pay back the money,the international agency's, will say hold on a minute, Guyana is much better with a debt as most country's in the world have a debt,and that would not be good for the ratings for Guyana, so the Guyana Government will fall for that, and when the oil runs out then we will still be in Debt.so Macy your little islands have no chance of paying back those loans,and that s the end of the Caribbean.
