UK SEEKS TO CEMENT TRADE, INVESTMENT RELATIONS WITH GUYANA
The United Kingdom (UK) left the European Union (EU), the world’s largest trading bloc, at the end of January 2020 and is now keen on expanding independent trade relations with fast growing economies like Guyana.
With total trade in goods and services (exports and imports) between the UK and Guyana up by 27.5% or £133 million when compared to 2020, Her Majesty’s Deputy Trade Commissioner of Latin America and the Caribbean, Spencer Mahoney, is visiting.
