  1. I encourage all Guyanese to explore the Diaspora opportunities to help Guyana as the potential in the mining Agriculture and Energy sectors etc will boom . If not other nations with educated work force skills and financial resources will fill the vacuum created by Guyana economic expansion. In due respect to all Guyanese nationals they should be given 1 st preference for business and job opportunities.

  2. With due respect I am struggling to grasp the substance of what you are saying?
Seems you are going around in circles which raises some fundamental issues.

How is the Guyana budget institute funded?

Where can I find academic research papers/ articles published by your institute?
Based on what you are saying can you provide some comparative economic models?

Have you written any research articles in any of the recognised global economic publications?

Has the institute ever published an annual report and a statement of accounts?

  3. Public comments.sea defence is vital for safety for all Guyanese people. Hydro project is vital for cheeper energy and cleaner energy for all Guyanese which is good for the environment and pollution control in Guyana.

  4. Public comments. Resources management is vital for growth and development in Guyana. Stop flairing and pollution control ,no dumping of toxin waste in water is against EPA regulations and not good for human being.

  5. Guyana is going back to the hellhole, as oil demand will collapse, like venezuela Guyana will be mismanaged, it already started, as the PPP does not want to scrap the fraudulent Exxon deal, corruption started already.
