If a consultation LLC certified via SBA as SDVOSB win a set-side contract. To sub it out, the sub also has to be certified by SDVOSB via SBA and not self certified in SAM.GOV. Only in this case you can satisfied the limitations clause. I'm new to GovCon, but full speed-ahead.

This isnt true for most solicitations. I have service contracts right now for pest control & limestone cleaning. I subbed out the work for both. The most work I do/did was put the proposals together, submit them, and now invoice once the work is done. Literally thats it. And the CORs are aware that im the prime and who my subs are. It'll be clearly stated in the solicitations most times where you have to do those percentages. Especially construction.
