I am going to buy some property in Guyana. My grandfather owned 2 lots but my family has taken it for themselves. I was in Guyana for the first time in April and I fell in love with it. the people are amazing and when I hear them talk it reminds me of my dad. the food OMG is outstanding, especially pepper pot. Please keep posting more properties; I will return to Guyana in March.

Great job Phillip, the houses are beautiful, however I wonder where overseas viewers can get the square footage of each model home along with the size of the land and the location in Guyana where these homes are being built?
