When you said most educated Guyanese leave Guyana and a bunch of idiots left to run the country with only a few intelligent people left I had to agree with you. This has been happening since independence. However, when you said that those who are here are just waiting for the opportunity to leave, I gaffuh ask yuh fuh rake yu skunt!
There are plenty of local Guyanese professionals and businessmen who are working to keep this country afloat and even advance it best they could even in the face of ignorant leadership. Lot's of them ain't getting duty free concessions for the car or anything they have to import. There is "remigrant" land for which you don't even have to remigrate and they still telling people a bunch a skunt bout it ain't got land. If you couldn't take it anymore and you had to leave that's okay man, you could do your thing. It's great but you don't talk about the people who are choosing to live and work here unless you are asking for them to have more of a say and more rights to the resources of Guyana that you who living over there in Queens… or London or Toronto or Trinidad. You don't pay tax here. We do. Keep doing your thing but watch it skunt when you talking about people who graduate UG or any university and working in Guyana.
