Tomorrow, We Get Married ❤️🇬🇾 | Ravi & Rosalie’s Wedding Eve | Season 4 Part 2

Sharing is caring!

Tomorrow, Ravi and Rosalie finally get married. ❤️💍🇬🇾

After years of love, separation, letters, difficult long-distance calls and waiting for the day they could finally be together, their wedding is now only hours away.

In Season 4, Part 2, No. 2 Village comes alive as both families prepare for the big day. There’s work to be done, food to prepare and, of course, plenty of old-time Guyanese family comedy along the way. 😂

The Cook Night fires burn as chicken curry is prepared the old-fashioned way, rice is picked and washed, potatoes are cut, dal is chunkayed, and everybody seems to have an opinion about who knows how to cook. 🇬🇾🍛

But when the laughter dies down and the village becomes quiet, everything suddenly feels real.

Rosalie spends her final evening before marriage with her family. Ravi prepares at his own family home.

And late that night, separated by only a short distance in Berbice…

Rosalie: “Tomorrow, Ravi.”

Ravi: “Tomorrow, Rosie.” ❤️

Then darkness.

Because when we return in Season 4, Part 3… it’s their wedding day. 💍🇬🇾

If these old-time Guyanese wedding preparations bring back memories, share them in the comments. What do you remember most about Cook Night and weddings in Guyana?
