Whats the deal with the way of registering/ forming up / setti g ip the much talked about clusters/ consortium?
If 10 persons forming a cluster/ consortium……is it that each person register separately as a Sole Trader, organise business plan etc , get funds and then join up? Or is it a company/ partnership/ co- operative is formed, business plan done and then apply for funds. Man, am a dyin to know!! I have my 10-15 persons, proposal and just wanna know the way forward. Thanks.
