Roundabouts are becoming increasingly common on Guyana’s roadways, but as more of them are introduced, questions remain about whether drivers fully understand how to navigate them. From yielding and signalling to changing lanes and exiting, simple mistakes can cause confusion and sometimes chaos. Roundabout is for small country u al idiots .this ppp is just like the Roundabout.
The problem is that most Guyanese bought their driver's license. They didn't read the drivers license book or take a test to get a provisional license. So, of course, they don't know the rules of the road. Plus, Guyanese drives with excessive speed and recklessly.

THIS 'ENTER THE RUNABOUT AT YOUR OWN RISK' HAS NO DIRECTIONAL ARROWS ON THE ROADWAY TO GUIDE MOTORISTS ACCORDINGLY,NO OVERHEAD SIGNS TO DISPLAY INDIVIDUAL AND MERGING LANES,NO YIELD SIGNS AND MOST IMPORTANT TO LIMIT ACCIDENTS,NO TRAFFIG LIGHTS.
WATCHING DRIVERS GINGERLY NAVIGATE THIS CIRCLE OF POTENTIAL DEATH EXPOSES THE INHERENT HAZARDS DRIVERS FACE AND PUTTING THEM IN THE POSITION TO RELY ON THEIR JUDGEMENT (WHICH AT TIMES IS FLAWED) TO SAFELY GO THROUGH THIS UNCONTROLLED TRAFFIC MAZE IS SHORTSIGHTED AND ANOTHER ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
THE TRAFFIC COMMISSIONER NEEDS TO UNDERSTAND THAT SIMPLY INSTRUCTING MOTORISTS ON CAMERA
TO ENSURE CORRECT LANE POSITIONING IF PROCEEDING OR EXITING LEFT/RIGHT WITHOUT APPROPRIATE LANE MARKINGS IS NO GUARANTEE OF SAFE PASSAGE AND TO GREATLY ENHANCE OVERALL SAFETY,TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES ON THE ROAD AND ABOVE MUST INSTALLED TO MAKE THIS SECTION MUCH SAFER FOR EVERYONE!
The roundabout is simple Guyanese are just disobedient they don't like to obey rules that's because Guyana being an underdeveloped country that is the mindset of the people

The rule of thumb at the roundabout is that THE DRIVER ON THE RIGHT IS ALWAYS RIGHT. The driver on the left MUST giveaway to the car on the right.
