Venezuela is completely and irretrievably bankrupt.
It has no money, whatsoever, for military operations.
It's airforce is virtually grounded due to lack of spare parts, munitions and jet fuel.
It's navy is derelict.
And I'd bet my bottom dollar that most of it's armoured vehicles are non operational, most of its soldiers are virtually untrained and even basic kit like first aid kits, ammunition and field rations are in chronic shortage.
In short…..the Venezuelan military wouldn't be able to fight its way out of a paper bag.
You can't run a military for free. Venezuela is a bankrupt, paper tiger.
