  1. We the indo Guyanese people will never forget the story our Nana and Nani told us how they were trick by the british. They lie to telling them. Telling them they were going to another part of India to work, but they have to travel by boat. When they reach the middle of the ocean. Then they tell them they are not going back to India, they are going to another country, and the won't see there family again. I often wonder what must of went through their minds when they were given that news. But we the second and third generation will never forget them, and the sacrefice they made. That was it. They never live to see their family, and their mother land India, again. ๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ’”

  2. A great tune for indian arrival day holiday in Guyana. The lyrics and beat was great. The reggae ,bogpari and sounds like Pungabi .Those collies that came to British guiana between 1838 and 1917 came from all parts of British India. Moses nagamotto and rangathan foreparents came from south India (madrass,)you find the tamil kali church in Guyana .They were lots of pungabi and people who speak urdu which was probably not Pakistan which became a country in 1947 and were Muslim. The sailing poล™t was calcutta and other parts of British India. My foreparents were cremated at babujan cemetery,They came in 1905 on the sail ship with Dr jajan parents.i still visit visit babujan cemetery whenever I go to Guyana .I am glad they chosen guiana to be their real home that I am a proud guyanese.Great song
