What about those who may have the time and the energy, a unique skillset and viewpoint from what they learned in Canada/America, but little to no money right now. I am very interested in investing in property in Guyana, preferrable new gated developments in George Town or any other up and coming area. Are you able to direct me in the right direction where I can obtain brochures of any new developments.

All of what u have said is true but I am hart broken because jagdeo and d pppc had dismantle the farming industry in region #1 while he was in government for 12 years farming products like corn peanuts ginger Eddie's yam plant sweet potatoes coffee bean coco those r are some of the things farmers used to farm allot back in the late 80ths and early 90ths those stuff were in abundant back then those r only some of the products I had mention about if the pppc government had put system
In place to maintain and improve the farming community in region 1 a day like today all tthe farming people of region #1 would b living the best life guyana 🇬🇾 have to offer without oils money 💰 but it is not so because the people from barama winei region #1 have to be buying nearly all of those produce from georgetown thanks to the pppc for neglecting region #1 when it comes to farming on morawhanna village where I was born and rase there is a multy purpose building that was built in the late 80ths and hand over to the pppc in 1992 that building was dezing and built to provide work and to train the youths from in and the nare bye community that building is a white elephant 🐘 a day like today it have never been use for it rightful purpose I must say thanks to the pppc for doing such a good job for neglecting what was supposed to be the back bone for morawhanna village and the rest of the near by villages thanks again to the pppc for dismantling my little village morawhanna

Nicely put brother. Great opportunity. Never before Guyana had a government that's so investment friendly.
Guyana has the best rice that is not genetically modified. In Canadian grocery stores (supermarkets), this rice sells out very quickly supply can't keep up with demand. Why can't the govt give rice farmers more land and tools and money to expand that sector which would support local farmers and increase exports? Too much free money in the economy leads to inflation which is not good for business. However, infrastructure spending and development will put many people to work and impact all classes of people with careful investments into infrastructure and export agri businesses.
